Honestly I just don't care much for "retro" limited articulation figures. The only ones I ever buy are for the novelty of them, half the point of which is the packaging, so I don't think I've ever opened a single one. At the end of the day, limited articulation was the bane of my youth, not a point of nostalgia for me. But that's me. I'm sure others feel differently, obviously the market exists.
I actually have in my shelves their first wave and they are not bad... from this wave I will certainly have to get that pirate Bluto and maybe Popeye... I have in my shelves wave 1 from Boss fight studios next to my Mezco 2000 Popeye collection... Those are more articulated for sure but still it's more Popeye which is not like every Toy company do them every year...????
