Check out a new extended commercial for the eagerly-awaited DC comic book movie "Wonder Woman," in which "Batman v Superman" star Gal Gadot reprises her role as the iconic Amazonian superheroine.
The 60-second preview, which recently aired during Monday night's broadcast of FOX's hit Batman prequel series "Gotham," offers a look at Gadot's Wonder Woman as she travels from her home island of Themyscira to "Jolly Old England." She's on a noble mission to restore peace to the world during the height of the Great War.
Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers ... and her true destiny.
