The CW's 'DC Superhero Crossover Event' Set For Two Nights In November

It was announced during the Television Critics Association summer press tour that the CW's DC crossover event will take place across four shows on two nights this fall. The event starts with Supergirl on Monday, November 27th, followed by a special Monday episode of Arrow. The second half of the event continues on Tuesday, November 28th on The Flash and finishes with DC's Legends of Tomorrow the same night.

No storyline details have been made available and CW boss Mark Pedowitz explained the reasoning for the special Monday Arrow episode. Pedowitz had discussions with producers and the marketing department and with The Flash and Legends already paired up on Tuesdays — “We felt that it would be better and tighter in storytelling…. This was the best way to go.”

“Next year we may go back to four nights,” he allowed.
