Variety is reporting that Sydelle Noel has been cast in a recurring role for the sixth season of Arrow. Noel will play Samanda Watson, an FBI agent who will be investigating Oliver Queen’s connection to the Green Arrow.
Her character is being described as an intelligent and poised woman with a no nonsense attitude, who won’t rest until Green Arrow’s secrets are revealed.
