James Gunn and Warner Bros. might be looking to add all of Hollywood for The Suicide Squad as
Deadline is reporting that Doctor Who actor and 1995 Oscar winner Peter Capaldi is on board and Saturday Night Live's Pete Davidson has been in talks for a small cameo in the film. No details were given in regards to which roles Capaldi or Davidson will play.
As reported before, there’s a table reading for the DC sequel on September 11th with production starting September 23rd at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, GA for an August 6th 2021 release. The script for The Suicide Squad was written by Peter Gunn with Chuck Roven and Peter Safran producing and Nik Korda as executive producer.
The cast within the project so far is Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag) as well as new castmembers Idris Elba, David Dastmalchian (Polka-Dot Man), Daniela Melchior (Ratcatcher), Flula Borg, Steve Agee (King Shark), Nathan Fillion and Taika Waititi.
Great addition, but with so many characters i fear each one willhave little screen time or development.

For some reason I hope Capaldi will be playing Dogwelder, but he's probably gonna be Clock King. Also kind of hoping to not see Davidson in this at all.
