The Hollywood Reporter via Collider is reporting that FX has begun looking for an actor replacement for the DC Comics/Vertigo 'Y: The Last Man' as Barry Keoghan has exited the series. No reason why the actor parted ways with the series.

Keoghan has been with the series since July 2018 and would have played Yorick Brown, the last surviving human with a Y chromosome. The project follows escape artist Yorick after a mysterious plague as he sets out to find what might have wiped out the male chromosome.

Diane Lane, Imogen Poots, Lashana Lynch, Juliana Canfield, Marin Ireland and Amber Tamblyn round out the cast.

The series was set to debut this year but now all of Keoghan's central scenes having to be reshot.
