Yeah I;ll watch if of course, I have been entertained by the first 2 movies, and the Knuckles Mini series, so I guess I should just keep going. I'm actually just amused by the fact they made it this far with 3 movies, I really didn't think this was going to make it as a franchise.
My six year old has been on the edge of her seat for this since she watched the first two movies in 2023. And I have to say, the first two aren't bad. There are parts that quite funny. JayC - 2024-08-27 @ 2:38 pm

Deadline has verified that Keanue Reeves has been selected to lend his voice to the character of Shadow in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 film by Paramount Pictures. Reeves becomes a member of a group headed by Ben Schwartz, who portrays Sonic. James Mardsen takes on the role of Tom Wachowski, Sonic's human companion in the movies, while Jim Carrey portrays the eccentric scientist Dr. Robotnik. Paramount Pictures and the official Twitter account of the film have revealed a sneak peek of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 this morning. The announcement for the third installment was made in 2022, and it is scheduled to be released on December 20th, 2024. As of now, it remains unconfirmed whether James Marsden, Ben Schwartz (voice), Idris Elba (voice), Jim Carrey, Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, Adam Pally, Shemar Moore, and Colleen O'Shaughnessey (voice) will be returning to reprise their respective roles.
Paramount+, Paramount Pictures, and SEGA of America today announced the cast and the start of production for the services upcoming live-action series KNUCKLES, the latest in the Cinematic World of Sonic the Hedgehog. The new live-action series will follow Knuckles on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade as his protg and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior. The series takes place between the films SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 and SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 3, marking the next installment of the hit franchise, which is slated for Dec. 20, 2024. In addition to Idris Elba, previously announced as the titular character Knuckles, Adam Pally will reprise his role from the film franchise as Wade Whipple. The ensemble for the KNUCKLES series also includes recurring cast Edi Patterson (The Righteous Gemstones), Julian Barratt (Mindhorn), Scott Mescudi (Dont Look Up), Ellie Taylor (Ted Lasso) and guest star Rory McCann (Game of Thrones). In addition, Tika Sumpter will guest star, reprising her role as Maddie, with the additional cast to be announced. Production on KNUCKLES began earlier this month in London. All of the key creative team from the previous films are returning for the series, including Jeff Fowler, the films director, who is directing the pilot episode, as well as Neal H. Moritz, Toby Ascher, John Whittington, and Toru Nakahara, who serve as executive producers on the series. Idris Elba also serves as executive producer. Additional directors for the series include Ged Wright, Brandon Trost, Jorma Taccone, and Carol Banker. Whittington, who wrote on SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2, wrote the pilot and is the head writer for the series. The other series writers include Brian Schacter and James Madejski.
