June 27, 2024
Sony and Legendary have officially revealed that the live-action Street Fighter movie, which is based on the beloved video games by Capcom, is set to hit theaters on March 20, 2026.

Deadline announced this news after the recent departure of directors Danny and Michael Philippou, renowned Australian twin brothers who gained recognition for their A24 horror hit Talk to Me. While the storyline of the film adaptation remains undisclosed, Sony will handle the distribution of the movie, which has been co-developed and produced in collaboration with Capcom.
