This looks like a fun little romp. I tend to give James Gunn stuff the benefit of doubt. The last DC animated universe did a short similar to this not too long ago. I'm not a huge fan of animated stuff, but I'm sure that I'll watch this once it hits Max. I wouldn't mind McFarlane doing a wave of these characters in the DC Multiverse line as long as he doesn't go overboard on the animated styling.

This second trailer looks very promising. I'm hoping of a toned down Harley series with lots of violence. That'll do the job.

Yup.. Not that I have A problem w/ DC animated films. The majority have been great outside of the recent stuff; I.e. CRISIS, Superman of tomorrow, the unfortunate JSA movie etc.

Actually its A Shame some like the New Death of Superman saga films, Under the Red Hood, & Batman Dark Knight Returns; didn't have more studio support ($$$) & national theatre releases. They're far better & more competent then the TRY HARD oversaturated Into the Spider verse movies. Anyhow,, I find it hard to believe James Gunn's DCCU vision, aninitial early 'menu plans' were refrencing animated filmsmixed in w/ regular movies... WEIRD huh!

Definitely have enjoyed most of the DC animated movies of the last ten ish years too. Haven't got a chance to see the most recent stuff except Superman Man of Tomorrow .

There was a sneak peek of this show at the Harley Quinn and Kiteman: Hell Yeah! panel, too. I'm pretty excited for it.
