"I Thought That, With The ToyFair Cancelled, My Wallet Would Be Safe... I Have Never Been So Wrong In My Life."

The New York ToyFair was originally scheduled to happen over the last few days, and while it didn't, collectors worldwide were not safe from all the toy reveals and announcements that would have occured there. The big brands had a plethora of awesome reveals during the weekend leaving us all with one question: "How am I going to afford all this?"

Highlights of the weekend were NECA's TMNT and Gargoyles reveals which happened on members of the toy community's Youtube channels (Pixel Dan and ToyShiz, respectively), Playmates announcing a Last Ronin figure before NECA said "Hold my beer..." and nonchalantly changed their Twitter profile pic to their own version of a Last Ronin figure, Mezco revealing a figure every hour in the afternoons of the last 3 days, including some great one:12 collective figure reveals (Storm Shadow! Spider-man!), a few '5 points' figures and Living Dead Dolls reveals, before giving the coup de grace and revealing a one:12 collective Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figure line (which fans had been waiting for since ToyFair 2020, when Mezco had a green hand grabbing a pizza slice out of a manhole on one of their promo art). It's finally happening! Also, the Hasbro Marvel Legends team is a few minutes away from announcing more figures (at time of writing), and McFarlane Toys has reserved the end of the week to finish off what was left on our bank accounts...

It is now time to save some money and make a ton of space on our shelves!
