This weekend, the
Four Horsemen Studios held their
LegionsCon in Secaucus, New Jersey, and thousands of
Mythic Legions collectors (
Cabal above all!) gathered to get a chance to see upcoming figures from the freshly-announced
Necronominus wave, buy cool toys and be part of the experience. It nearly all came to an abrupt end when a collector accidentally
summoned a dormant demon after pronouncing the names of several new
Mythic Legions figures.

It all happened so fast. We were talking with a fellow Legions collector about the new wave, and he dared me to say the names of all the new characters, to see if I remembered them." said Ryan, a collector from West Virginia. "
So I started listing them: 'Belualyth, Turpiculi, Ucczjak, Gideon, Conabus, Maximilius, Necronominus, etc...', and that's when the floor started to crumble, and a portal to a hellish dimension opened right next to us. At first, nobody really panicked, because we thought it was part of the con, until a very tall, red, ogre looking creature came out of it. The creature seemed confused, looking around, and one of the guys that had a stand there just shouted "FOR THE LEGION!", and the creature howled."

The creature? Oh, you mean Deg'tharoth! Great dude!" said another collector, present at the Con. "
He really liked the Horsemen and Mythic Legions. Last I saw him, he was queueing to get the convention exclusives, the Furious Four two-pack and the Unknown One. He said he was going to head towards Ohio after that."
