Palisades newest wave of Mini Muppets comes available for sale via Palisades Direct™

Elkridge, MD (August 5, 2004) – Palisades Toys is proud to announce that the first set of Mini Muppets™ from Wave 3 is now in stock at Palisades Direct (www.PalisadesDirectStore.com). As noted several months ago, the Mini Muppets are now individually carded (as opposed to the 3-packs of the first two waves), and will be released two at a time over a period of the next three months. This product will be available in very limited quantities, exclusively through Palisades Direct.

The first month’s release includes:

• The Muppets’ main Frog, Kermit™, in a classic pose – seated upon a log with his banjo ( a la the opening scene from The Muppet Movie)

• Doglion™, one of the largest full-body Muppets, who was often seen hanging out with Thog and Sweetums on The Muppet Show. This Mini Muppet marks the first appearance of Doglion in 3-D product.
