Thanks to the return of the avenging archer Hawkeye, House of M #4 has sold out at Diamond.
Brian Michael Bendis and Olivier Coipel’s mega-event continues to be a hit among fans and retailers and the sell-out of House of M #4 has proven to be no exception. This crucial issue of House of M is going back to press for a second printing to be released with a new, full-color variant cover by Gene Ha.
Bendis was thrilled to learn that House of M #4 had sold out. “See, I meant that issue 4 was going to crack the Internet in half,” Bendis jokes. “I was off by one! What a maroon, I am!! Honestly, I bow before our retail brothers and diligent readers for staying with us on this crazy journey.”
And the suspense isn’t over yet as the ending of House of M will bring about widespread changes and shocking revelations.
“[Editor] Tom Brevoort and I just put issue 7 to bed and its near perfect Coipel,” says Bendis. “You ain't seen nothing yet. Remember when we said the Marvel Universe would change at the end. I saw it drawn and lettered. It’s done. It happened!”
Even though the weather is starting to cool down, the Marvel event of the summer continues to heat up. House of M #7 is the issue everyone has been waiting for as the New Avengers and the Astonishing X-Men finally take the fight to the House of M. But even if they win, will the world ever be the same again?
Be sure to pick up the variant cover second printing of House of M #4 and the penultimate chapter in House of M #7. Don’t miss out on Marvel’s biggest event with ramifications that will be felt for at least another decade.
