TNI And Some Of Your Favorite Toy Companies Help Support Toys For Tots This Holiday Season

This Friday morning 11/12/03 we at TNI were able to drop off a truckload of toys to a local radio station, Mix 107.3's morning show annual Toys For Tots toy drive here in the Washington DC area. Many of the toys we were able to donate this year were given to us by some of the great toy companies we have the pleasure of dealing with all year around, Mattel, Palisades Toys and Toy Biz.

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders

The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of our nation's most valuable natural resource - our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; to contribute to better communities in the future.

There is still time for you to donate to Toys for Tots this year if you haven't already. Simply Click Here and scroll down to the botton of the page to where it says "Toy Drive in Your Community:". Type in your state and hit go, and a list of all the local toy drop off areas in your state will come up. Then all you have to do is take your unwrapped, unopened toy and drop it off.
