Yeah, you can do paypal pay in 4 with EE. I pretty much do that all the time.

Well that's good. EE would often be my last choice unless I was ordering enough to reach the free shipping mark. This shift will probably make me more inclined to buy with them.

They lowered it a few months back, I was hoping that was going to stick but guess not.

Finally! Was waiting on EE to offer a flat rate. The shipping cost was all over the place and often very expensive so seeing them go with a flat rate does help with ordering.
