Yeah that face is terrible, and the fur is matted, looks like she just got out of the water, or is sweating profusely. This does not look like the Cheetah from the movie preview.

They got all of it wrong. Maybe they were working off of some early concept art. Or, they just messed it up. Iron Studios has been known to do that.
