this is a character from the old movies. its turles. the article calls him tulece. apparently theres an english version of the movie not done by funimation and its spelled tulece but still pronounced the same. idk lol, i had to look it up since i never knew the character as another name. i mean hes even named turles in xenoverse. so yay, you dont have to miss it now!
this is supposed to be turles right?
