Ever since we posted our review of NECA's upcoming
Predator Jungle Extraction Dutch Schaefer Figure, we've had a lot of you asking if we will see figures for the rest of Dutch's team made. Like you we would love to see that happen, so we went to the folks at
NECA and asked them. Here is what they had to say:
"Unlikely, no talent rights are included. We'd have to go to each guy individually like we did for Arnold."
"Also Dutch gave us several variations & tooling re-use. Others won't & therefore not cost effective to pursue"
So it looks like it's a no go for Dillon, Poncho, Billy, Blain, Hawkins and Mac. In other words when Dutch asks where the backup is, the reply is no such thing, ol' buddy, at least for now. On the bright side we are getting several different cool versions of Dutch himself, and in the end that's all you really need to take down a Predator, right?
