NECA Offering A New Predator Figure For Their 2013 SDCC Exclusive?!?

The folks over at Awesome Toy Blog have run a story stating that NECA will be releasing a Predator figure as one of their 2013 San Diego Comic Con exclusive. Unlike previous years where they would release a variant version of an existing Predator, this one is stated as being a totally new figure. NECA retweeted a link to the story so we assume that means its on the up and up.

NECA also tweeted an image (shown below) a day later which looks to be a Predator figure. The caption included with the image simply stated " New & Improved for 1/4 Scale This Summer."

We have no idea if this image has anything to do with the SDCC exclusive or not, but time will tell.
