I wonder if those are simple repaints with new accessories or Neca finally gave turtles double jointed arms like the 1/4 scale figures which are the same sculpt but with more articulation. Either way they gonna sell like crazy, hopefully these aren't exclusive to any store, which makes it impossible to get for a decent price.
