Earlier today we showed you official images for the new Target Exclusive DC Multiverse 7" Batman Beyond coming in March from McFarlane Toys. Now we have new official images of the Regular Release version which has started going up for pre-order overseas. The regular release version has a different more cartoon accurate headsculpt that has the mouth visible. You also get a flight stand, jet effect pieces, alternate hands and 1 batarang that differs from the ones that come with the Target exclusive version.

Along with the new official images of the regular version, we have also created a comparison showing off the differences between the 2 versions of the figure being released.

Look for the regular version to be released in April/May.

Its looks great, especially wings seems to be functioning well, my only issue is figure not having additional open mouth head, its trademark and must for any Batman beyond figure, like even Mattel did it.

Yeah. That's a shame. Terry is quite a chatty Batman, very easy going, which I like. Between the two, I'll get the one with the stand and whose mouth has been sculpted. I'll watch out for the release ??

Definitely in for the no-mouth one. That's one part of Beyond I could never really jive with.

So if I want him to have a mouth, I have to buy the main release. If I want him to have an accurate batarang (accurate to the show and the comics), I have to get the Target release. If I want him to not have that inaccurate red going around his belt, I have to do some repainting. I'll pass. Thanks anyway, Todd.

I feel the same way, I don't mind tinkering with figures a little bit(some parts swapping, some paint) in order to make them more accurate but in this case it requires the kind of work that I would prefer to try my hand at myown custom.

Im like alot of you, I would prefer the mouth .... as well as accurate batarangs.. however I didnt notice this before but hes got some awkward ass feet. Like they look weird and that ball joint is not great aesthetically. I want to like McFarlanes figures but they just always have something off that kills them for me.

Hmmmmm....I have no interest in the BAYAB piece (build a yet another Batman), but I like those batarangs more. BUT, I like the rocket blast effects of the regular release.

Do you know if the regular release will be $19.99 since there will be no BAF piece?

Not saying that all his figures areSpot On -orcompletely accurate they are really nice, and at a great price point for what you get.. Now like I said before they are all not consistent with ARTICULATION and have NO THIGH SWIVEL....... and that is why I will not start collecting these... and dont even think Todd will see this but why?? WHY -why no thigh swivel and why not all have double jointed elbows.. does anyone know why this is. If its cost Ill pay the few extra $ to get that thigh swivel.. other than that its cool he can do this and is doing it many easy down the line if articulation is more I may jump on board

Not a huge fan of Batman beyond but this looks really nice. May have to consider trying to get this at some point.

Not sure about the Target Exclusive, I think I may just wait for the regular release. It's cool and all but I'm hesitant, seeing as how I primarily love the animated series.
