I like it enough to grab it if I see it, but not enough to truly hunt it down.
Honestly, I'm not sure where in the collection he would go. The muted colors are reminiscent of the live-action stuff, but the design all comic. And the standard release colors are more in keeping with the comic version, so I'm not sure who I'd stick him near. Maybe the middle ground of some of those page punchers like Constantine, Batman and Black Adam, I guess?
I actually prefer the brighter colors for Jay, so I'm happy with the standard release. I do wish that I hadn't bought the Metal version though.
Oh, I would love to find this version! My local Walmarts are always wiped clean, though, so doubt I'll ever see him. But hey, who knows? Got to have hope, right? ?
