Over the course of a century, three different men from very different backgrounds have taken an the heroic mantle of the Blue Beetle, each making their mark in different ways. The original Blue Beetle was an archaeologist named Dan Garrett, who discovered an ancient scarab in an old Egyptian tomb that gave him super powers which he used ta fight crime. He was succeeded by the brilliant Ted Kord, who had no powers to speak of, but carried on the Blue Beetle legacy with just his wits and his fists, along with a whole lot of gadgets and a sharp sense of humor.

So... pretty much what we already have, with a slightly more serious headsculpt. Always happy when Todd makes it easy to pass on something.

This appears to me to be just a repaint of the 2-pack version with lighter blue on the darker portions of the boots, shorts gloves, shoulders and cowl, right? The facial expression also appears more stoic where as the original release had a very slight smile, I believe. This one definitely has more accessories, I think it was just the weapon (in darker colors) before. I don't remember extra hands, especially no that many - but I also left mine in the package so might not have noticed if they were in there somewhere. Someone please let me know if there's more to it than that. I expect to stick with the original as I like the contrast in colors a little bit better on that one and it came with Booster. This one just isn't enough different for me to buy a second figure of the character.
