Godzilla Supes is perfect for any fan's "Superman at the dentist" display. I legit don't understand how heads like this get approved. Is it just a scenario of "Well, we've got to get something out the door" and that's what the sculptor sculpted with no other alternatives? Or is this someone's actual vision perfectly executed? Impossible to say, with McFarlane.
Yeah, I'm not dropping 80 bucks on this. I want that Superman, but just for the body. I don't care for screaming heads, so my plan was to get this and swap the head with the long haired one with the overly bulky body that came with Krypto, I really like that head, but I don't care for that body, so, I figure swapping a head I like on a body I don't, with a head I don't like on a body I do would be a no brainer, but it's not worth $80, especially with how lack luster that Godzilla is. I'm not a huge Godzilla fan, so I don't particularly want a Godzilla toy, but if I did, it wouldn't be this one, I've seen better looking Godzillas. Maybe if I come across this on a big discount, or if I somehow manage to find that Superman loose (highly unlikely, I can't imagine someone buying this two pack, just for THAT Godzilla, then selling the supes, but I suppose it could happen), but not for price they're asking for
Edit: Oh, and they didn't event paint the belt loops! $80 and no red on Superman's belt loops! Are you kidding?!
Superman vs Godzilla for $80!!Mcfarlane can keep it. Easy pass for me until it goes on sale in 3-4 months. He's pricing himself out of the game. I don't get it.

There have been McFarlane preorders there since Hawkgirl (the Lilith figure for example).
McFarlane preorders have become sporadic. They aren't available everywhere any more (another example is that the Digital Silver Age Superman never went up on Amazon). You just have to check. McFarlane's site (not the toy store) lists the retailers carrying each figure.

That'd be a really lame and crappy thing for them to do. So yeah, they're gonna do just that
