Perlman Talks Hellboy 2 And Maybe Hellboy 3

Ron Perlman recently spoke to E! Online. He believes that "Hellboy 2" will start shooting in the fall. When questioned on the possibility of a trilogy, Perlman explained "you make them one at a time, but I would say that if there are more Hellboys in the future, then I'm very blessed, because he's a guy I could play every day for the rest of my life and never grow tired of".

The potential villains for the sequel could get really strange, especially if they refer to Mike Mignola's Hellboy. Here are just a few of the characters that could crop up.

1. Rasputin, the immortal sorcerer.
2. The witch Baba Yaga, flying in her pestle.
3. Kriegsaffe, gigantic cross of ape and weird science.
4. Frogman, victim of a curse from Hellboy's past.
