The high price seems to have to do with the figure having two headsculpts with wool hair like their "artisan" figures, as well the "Here lies Betelgeuse" tombstone that's about as big as the figure itself. Combined with the nail file, heart, handbook, newspaper, mircrophone, and extra hands I wouldn't exactly call that "extremely skimpy on accessories," but the figure should come with more hands for that price, IMO.
