The sculptor did an awesome job matching the Jon Bogdanove artwork with that headsculpt.

I'm not big fan of this costume but It's overall better figure than Jim Lee version, for one it has bigger head that is far more fitting to that body unlike that horrible tiny head from previous version, while Jim Lee head was small it still superior to this one in a way, it's horrible not because of sculpt but how it butchers figure, which easily could have been the best Superman figure ever made.
