Following our rumors reports, we have the Oficial Images of Ghostbusters Action Figures from Hasbro.

Shown below are new figures from Hasbro of the original Ghostbusters (Egon Spengler, Ray Stantz, Peter Venkman and Winston Zeddemore) from the first movie.

There will be collector oriented 6" figures coming, but these are not those. Look for more Ghostbusters reveals to come tomorrow.

Im digging these but not sure if Ill actually pick them up just because my multiple Ghostbusters shelves have already become pretty full and overflowing. Might need to completely reorganize that case and see what kind of room I have left

The Plasma series stuff looks good but the face sculpts at this point aren't as good as Select. Still going to buy the whole set for multiple displays though. And the cared RGB stuff looks awesome.

Ordered the Eaglemoss Ecto-1 so curious to see how these and DSGB will compare size wise once it is completed.

I'ma point something out here:

Anyone who owns a classic Real Ghostbusters Ecto-1 toy knows that, although it's built for 5" action figures, Mattel's 6" movie Ghostbusters figures were a little on the small size, and they KINDA, SORTA fit in that old Ecto-1 toy, even if the car itself was too squat and cartoony and stylized to be a good likeness for the movie version.

THIS Ecto-1 toy? It's longer, it has 4 doors (unlike the old toy), it's got a uniformly straight, boxy roof (again, unlike the slanted roof of the old toy), and the equipment and deco on top and PARTICULARLY on the side of the car are all more movie accurate.

I'm REALLY hoping that Hasbro gives us a $60-range movie-accurate Ecto-1 in the Plasma Series. But if they don't? I think THIS toy, with a few high-quality custom paint appsand maybe some additional sculpt mods, would make a GREAT piece to at least go along with the Mattel set, if not the Plasma Series figures (depending on how large they actually are). I think it's FANTASTIC!!

The style reminds me of Star Wars Galaxy of adventure and so I suspect these will be 5 inch figures. Wonder if more Hasbro properties will get this treatment.

yes 5 inch but worse than Star Wars Galaxy since they have even less articulation

I think Black Widow toys will be the same

I probably won't be buying them, but I really dig these. I especially love that Vinkman.

I look at those slumped shoulders and bemused face and I can literally hear Bill Murray's voice: "Okay, so, I'm a toy."

I WILL be getting the 6" figures though.
