They cant do 3D scans of the actors and need to base it on old images so compared to what they do with Beast Morphers and other toy lines they just quite get some of them 100%.

That unmasked head looks like Kim Jung Il. I didnt know he was the blue ranger!

The "RANGERS" are pretty cool. The articulation looks pretty good. Now a days......you got to have that.
