Yeah the Super hard to find Cobra Island version yes but then the one that came after colors were so dark so I'm getting this retro galore troopers to combat the Joe's in my classified collection...???

I have dozens of CI Troopers and Valkyries, but I ordered more Retro Troopers than I want to admit.

I like the guns he comes with and the lack of a combat vest. But I do worry the blue won't look so great next to my officers and Valkyries.

I guess. The CI Cobra Trooper is arguably superior to the retro Trooper. It's more the PoC look than the V1 look (the Retro still isn't V1, it's just a little closer). But the CI Trooper will be four plus years old by the time Retro is released. If you ask me, that's actually too long between Trooper releases.

As for Retro Cobra Commander, they never should have made that abomination known as Classified Cobra Commander (the Blackout design). It's a crime it took this long to get a real CC, but I will happily buy him. When my Retros arrive, I'm going to throw my Classified CC in the garbage where he belongs.

Now you have to buy them all again ... Because it's the retro classic look you want it in the first place

Shown below via Weibo is an in-hand look at the new G.I. Joe Classified Retro Collection Cobra Trooper Figure from Hasbro. You can purchase this figure from our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth with a suggested retail price of $24.99 each.Amazon Links: Cobra Commander, Cobra Trooper and Stalker

Are those retro figures only for online retailers or we would see them at Target and Wal-Mart retail stores...

Really like the shade of blue they used for the retro Trooper, but it's a bit of a bummer how he clashes so much next to the others. Can't help but think that retro versions of the Officer, Viper, Tele-Viper, etc, are for sure on their to-do list, using a coordinating paint scheme.

The Officer was already so "Retro" compared to the CI Cobra Trooper and the Infantry that I doubted the need for a retro version. But the blues do clash.

I was hoping the next Officer would be the black uniformed female Cobra Officer the club put out.

I'm old...I don't don't even know what a microblogging site is. LOL

I've known about Weibo for a while now, but I didn't know what "microblogging" was, either, until I googled it.
