We reviewed the production requirements and minimums with our factory, it's been decided that production of these figures will not be able to move forward.

Exactly. Anderson was even going to flake on his Wrestle Kingdom appearance for New Japan until the WWE gave him the OK. These guys are all in with the WWE.
