I also didnt feel like this character/actor fit or even cared to be there ever. Loved that him and his buddy from prison break altho they both felt weird in this show.
The show really took it's time to figure out it's own identity. It's more light hearted and I was a bit surprise to hear that a few of my friends watch it and really enjoys it.

One day you're signing up for a series that'll guarantee you a steady paycheck for the next six or seven months, next thing you know, you've burned up six or seven years on a job you probably weren't that crazy for in the first place. Next come the demands, the arguments, the walk-offs, the lay-offs, and finally one side or the other says "F-it" and tells the other where to get off.
