It appears that after close to two years of various delays, the much anticipated Indiana Jones 5 is due to begin filming in the United Kingdom next week. The current release date is July 29th, 2022.
Sources are being told from sources within the production that the untitled fifth installment will begin shoots next week at Pinewood and at other locations in the United Kingdom.
The 78-year-old Harrison Ford was seen near United Kingdom studio Pinewood, alongside Mads Mikkelsen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renée Wilson and Thomas Kretschmann.
Movie details are being kept under wraps but rumors include a 1960s space race theme, and reports in the United Kingdom also point to a shoot at Bamburgh castle.
Steven Spielberg will only be serving as a producer and involved in various elements of the film. Logan director James Mangold is taking over as director. Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel are also producing. John Williams, who has worked on every score in the 40-year-old franchise including its iconic theme, is also returning as composer.

I'm excited to see what Mangold brings to the franchise.
Indi is back!!!!
Thanks for the News!!!

Well, after seeing 4, I don't have much hope. HOWEVER, this whole thing is bound to stir up interest in making ACTION FIGURES!
I could easily see Mezco or Figma(again, second times the charm?) drumming up nostalgia to make a fig or two.
Mezco would rock that. I think it would be the best company for an Indiana. Lots of accessories. The whole bit.
