The folks at Valaverse have put up a video of their panel from this years DFW G.I. Joe Show.

Highlights include the following:

They introduced a new line separate from Action Force. The line is called "Extras" By Valaverse. They include background characters or generic characters like street thugs. These 1/12 scale figures will be done as different Ethnicities and include 6 extra hands, 1 accessory, and figure stand. The price for these will be $24.99 or less. The lower torso will be done with a soft pvc with inner torso you won't see. These are coming in 2026.

Action Force Series 6 will have swapable arms from the butterfly joint. 5 new style of backpack. Weapons Pack Lima and Mike. Weapons Pack November will be a rocket launcher that comes in a blister card.

3 basic troopers - Raider Battalion, Special Warefare, Delta Corps. Look for a tin set of vests to come later in the year.

They will be at ToyConNJ September 27-28. They will be offering the Infantry Commando 2.0 as an exclusive there.

They are doing removable backing cards with the packaging. The Commando will have a steel brigade head variant limited to 100 pieces.

They will be at LegionsCon November 7-9. They will offer a Day Of The Dead Sidewinder exclusive figure that will have 2 variants with alternate heads. Each variant is limited to 100 pieces.

Lt. Hyun and Jester will be out at the end of the year or early next year. Jester will have a bloody version likely exclusive to BBTS.

"The Black" will be a new villains line of modern day pirates. Blackbeard, Vane, Zach McGowan from Black Sails has sign on who Vane will be based on.

Corsairs Troopers (They are doing the same figure with 4 different heads that will be released as variants. So you won't know which one you will get.

Valaverse has signed a new partnership with UBIsoft. They will be doing figures based on Tom Clancy's Spliinter Cell Blacklist game. They will start off doing Sam Fisher which they will do several versions of.

They have a new director signed for their Action Force movie. Could not give the name of the person.

Vehicles:

Black Shadow Vanguard with black Reaper Driver. End of year or early 2026.

Locust Update - Adding more details to it and now expected late 2026. Also adding a flight stand by Ramen Toy which will likely be sold as a separate item.

Attack Raft with translucent water base and hold 4 figures. It will float. No release date given.

2026 Beyond:

Action Force Fit Force 3-Pack with Eclipse, Gemini and Kill Switch that will include gym equipment.

Working with Duarte Studios Modular Armory Set.

3 3/4" O-ring Action Force figures - Pandora, Bone Collector, Praetorian and Steel Brigade. They are thinking about having these come in blind bag packaging that looks like a grenade.

1/12 Action Force WWII 1944 figures. We will see Paratroopers, Axis Powers and Allied Powers troops.

It will be interesting to see just how much deep focus they will do for that WW II line. I can imagine some blowback but at the same time, its his own company. I just wish hasbo would do WW II era supercharacters.

Interestingly, with all those options we still don't have a single example of a realistic modern soldier. The Valaverse guys wear paint ball outfits (I still have no idea where he got the shirt on every Valaverse figure). Classified is just G.I. Joe (Grunt, for example, is wearing some kind of sweater; Dusty sort of is wearing a military uniform, but not really). And Monster Force has hardly released anyone yet. I'm excited for the Phantom Corps trooper from Monster Force (which has been repeatedly delayed), but even that figure doesn't come with a helmet.

I still say someone could clean up doing an actual Classified-scale real world soldier. You can piece one together from various lines, but it shouldn't be this hard.

Action Force isnt supposed to be real world soldiers so it makes sense they dont look that way. Its more of a mercenary type crew crossed with a touch of GI Joe.

Out of everything he showed during that panel both this line and the 3.75 AF o-ring line (followed by the modern pirates line) are what Im looking forward to the most. Hes doing a Splinter Cell line to tie into the new game, so hes expanding a bit.

What about the Classified 60th Anniversary infantry? I don't have a military background but that guy looks good.

Not sure if it is just the pictures, but something looks kind of wonky about this one. Maybe it is the way the limbs are shaped? Not super interested in it personally, but it is nice seeing an Action Force figure that leans harder into the military look since a lot of them tend to be a bit more fictionally styled and dont really look like traditional soldiers.

Edit: This was in reference to the Infantry Commando. I didnt even see the full panel post until just now. There are some cool ones announced. Im mostly done with GI Joes and Joe adjacent figures, but some of these are tempting.

Why are these called Valaverse? What does Vala mean? Valhalla?

And other companies than Super7 and Hasbro can make GI Joe?

This isn't G.I. Joe. Bobby Vala is a former Hasbro designer. His line is often called Action Force or Valaverse (because of his name). He started planning it before Classified was a thing and has kept it going despite Classified's success.

The first figure as part of Action Force Series 6 will be the exclusive Infantry Commando 2.0 for ToyCon NJ this September. Valaverse has gotten a lot of requests to reissue the original Infantry Commando but, they thought an upgrade would be better. Lots of new parts, multi camo and our new blister card design. They've taken a page from their friends at Fourhorsemen Toydesign and decided to go with the slip in cardback. Now you can keep your package pristine while letting your figure breathe. Moving forward, all of the core and basic figures will have this blister option. As usual with Valaverse exclusives, it will feature a 100 piece variant of a multi camo Steel Brigade head.

Valaverse will be looking forward to seeing you all at this show and passing out tons of these great troopers.

I'm definitely down for a slew of "Extras". The collecting world needs more (affordable) civilians and street-thugs.
