Happy Easter, everybody! We hope you all had a nice
Easter Sunday, and that your hunt for chocolate eggs (or toys!) was successful!
After
hunting for eggs, which one usually does in a
yard,
garden or
park, it is not uncommon for us toy collectors to go for a
toy hunt, which one usually does in a
Target or a
Walmart. This made us wonder if there was a possibility to combine both, by having the
Easter Bunny bringing us
action figures instead of the usual
chocolate eggs.
We asked several
representative of Easter and couldn't get a right answer. Some seem to think that
it's allowed. Other seem to think that you can only get action figures if they are
Easter-themed (
NECA Easter Bebop and Rocksteady two-pack!), or if they represent a
rabbit (
Usagi Yojimbo, Bugs Bunny, Bucky O'hare,...) or
eggs (
Pokemon's exeggcute?). However, the
Easter Bunny Association gave us the confirmation that it is
perfectly OK to ask for
action figures on Easter, simply for the fact that it is not written anywhere that it is forbidden. Let's say it's a
grey area!

I'll go double-check the yard, in case the Easter Bunny brought some figures!
