My heart tells me wait for neca. Sealed super7 ultimates turtles sell for less than its original price on ebay because super7 has overproduced their turtles line. So if you decide to go super7 and resell in case you like necas better you will lose a whole lot of money doing so. Super7 reissues their turtle stuff way too fast. That's why you'll see super7 turtles at 40 bucks shipped at Amazon, Walmart etc. TONS of sellers that bought super7 ultimates are losing money selling them for less than what they cost originally. Itsoverproduction and way too fast reissues which hasbro legends tends to do as well.
The cartoon van has a lot of similarities as the playmates. Neca might look more like Playmates in the end. The S7 deviated from the original too much for my taste. Namely the colors and the van shape. That 70s VW wagon is my least fav iteration. I like that 80-90s, bold colored, box van shape. Makes me think there is a cool tv inside with a Nintendo and aux headphone outlets build into the walls XD My neighbor had one of those when I was a kid and it blew my mind. He was a dentist.Thats how it looks on the cartoon and the way NeCA have been nailing likeness Im anticipating buying the NECA no matter what the cost. Yerp!

I'm still debating on the Super7 van. I know I'll want the NECA one. I'm only collecting select Super7 figures, but that of course includes the turtles themselves.
Then the Super7 van might be the way to go in terms of consistency. As much as I hate the price, if anyone saves up enough by late next year when this comes out, it can be affordable.
Mine tells me NECA will do one, they will not let Super7 take the cake on this one all by themselves lol. I think there's will be cheaper and let's see how it turns out. Hopefully much more like the original.

Given S7 are doing a van, Neca should go straight for a sewer playset. I'd buy that
