Palisades Toys new on-line store goes LIVE!

Elkridge, MD (June 2, 2004) – Palisades Toys is proud to announce the launch of its brand new on-line store, PALISADES DIRECT™. Palisades did have an on-line store in the past, which sold regular Palisades products; however, the store was taken off-line back before the end of 2003. There were a variety of reasons for removing the old store, but one of the major ones was that by selling their regular products, Palisades was essentially competing with their retail customers, which seemed counter-productive.

As a result, the store will be comprised of unique items, only available at PALISADES DIRECT.

“The feedback that we have received from our loyal fans and collectors was that they wanted more unique products,” says Palisades President & CEO, Michael Horn, “But we needed to find a way to provide them with the products that they wanted, without competing with our valuable business partners. PALISADES DIRECT does just that.”
