Devil's Due Senior Editor Mike O'Sullivan & artist Tim Seeley were on hand this weekend to give fans the lowdown on whats in store for G.I.Joe in the world of comic books.

The big thing is going to be the return of Cobra Commander starting with issue 13. They promise that this will be a story like non other done in G.I.Joe before, and at first fans may really be upset with what happens. However when eveything is said and done, they think fans are really gonna like it.

Also expect more traditional looks for the Joe's to return. For instance look for Shipwreck to finally get a haircut.

For Declassified fans, there will be a Scarlett one-shot called G.I.Joe Scarlett: Declassified written by Mike O’Sullivan (G.I. JOE SPECIAL MISSIONS, G.I. JOE: DATA DESK HANDBOOK) and illustrated by PHIL NOTO (Beautiful Killer, Danger Girl). A premier member of G.I. JOE, SCARLETT’S pre-military days have remained unrevealed throughout her accomplished career –until now! Follow the heroine’s transformation from young martial arts disciple in Atlanta, Georgia to G.I. JOE counter intelligence agent! Look for this title in July.

After that there will be another Declassified story in the works, but as to who it would focus on, the Devil's Due folks would not say at this time.

Another title to look forward to will be G.I.Joe Special Missions: Tokyo. A 48 Page one shot featuring art of fan favorite Tim Seeley (G.I.JOE, FORGOTTEN REALMS) and stories by Robert Rodi (Loki, Elektra) and Mike O’Sullivan (G.I.JOE SPECIAL MISSIONS: MANHATTAN, G.I.JOE: HUNT FOR COBRA COMMANDER, G.I.JOE: DATA DESK). When the ninja JINX finds herself in over her head in a disappearance investigation, her distress call is answered by the most gung-ho, wild, and rock’n G.I.JOE’S around!
