The high-end collectibles company known as Chronical Collectibles appears to be facing an uncertain future. Known for producing products for such properties as Jurassic Park, Ghostbusters, Robocop, Terminator and others has had the following statement issued on their Facebook page.

We should note that the letter was signed by Clayton L. Everett who is a lawyer in Dallas, TX that specialized in bankruptcy and federal litigation.

I was wondering why theirJurassic Park/World 1/12 line kick-starter missed their reported"summer blockbuster" window...

It's sad to hear this happening now. I feel like that kick-starter would have brought them a lot of successand circulated their brand in really good ways. I'm not sure it would alleviate what's happening to them now now, but I can't help but feel it could have helped.

That's a bummer if they go out of business officially, they had some really cool stuff, I can see why they might have problems, they have really high priced product and it never seems to be easily available, they also tend to have some more niche stuff , I also don't know of any one who has purchased any of their products and I can't say I can remember ever seeing any of this stuff for sale here in Canada.

Are the effects of the pandemic or perhaps its products are not in sufficient demand?.

Hard to say. Probably a little of both. Their stuff was very very expensive so they had to be catting to a very small demographic to begin with. I think they let Sideshow Toy handle their distribution which means they were taking a cut.
