"
It all happened so fast!" said famed toy reviewer, looking at his brand new action figure already displayed on his shelf. As we are winding down on the
October Horror Stories series, with
Halloween being tomorrow (
Happy Halloween!), here is one final spooky story for you.
Viewer discretion is advised.
"
It was earlier this week. I bought that action figure that I had been looking forward to for a long time" said the toy reviewer. "
When I got home, I don't know what got into me, but I was so excited to finally have it in my hands, I just tore up the packaging and got to the figure, to be able to inspect it, pose it a little, play with it, basically. And it was great, I enjoyed every second of it. A few nitpicks, of course, or I wouldn't be a toy reviewer, right? But overall, a great figure."
"
And then, it dawned on me... I didn't post a picture on instagram before opening the figure, not even a story... Worst, I didn't film an unboxing video when opening the figure. No pictures of different poses of it on social media... I didn't even post a 'hand pic', a picture of my hand holding the figure... Such a rookie mistake! What is happening to me?"
"
I can't even fake it and 're-box' the figure, I already threw away the packaging. I don't know how to tell my followers that I have it. I'm scared!"
